I spent seven years in EY’s Strategy and Transactions practice, advising on more than $3B of cross-border M&A. In due diligence and FP&A work, I saw how much time and capital leaked through manual workflows.

That led me to EY’s global innovation team. I designed Diligence Edge, an NLP platform used by more than 30,000 practitioners across 45 countries, which reduced M&A risk assessment timelines by up to 50%.

Today I build AI workflows for finance teams and serve on ACCA’s Global Forum for Technology, where I co-authored AI governance frameworks for a membership of more than 400,000. TheFullStackCFO exists because mid-market teams need a practical order of work, not another tool pitch.
